I asked the same question to my OPD HP shooter today.. nothing will come out until the investigation is complete.. they are being extremely tight lipped on this one...

The cops in Oakland would do nothing but pull people over for DWB if that were the case, Oakland has a HEAVY population of black folks. I've heard a lot of flak about the OPD but DWB offenses seem to be fairly rare.
