Weird stuff with my DSA receivers

Just thought I'd share this with you guys in the spirit of today being Friday the 13th.

A week or two ago I heard from TonyNorCal that DSA was shipping Type II's. I've always wanted an FAL so I called and placed my order for 2 of them.
    Grand total shipped is $666.00
So... A few days ago DSA emails me with a tracking number showing an expected delivery date of 10/13/2006. I just checked the UPS Tracking and sure enough, it is on the truck for delivery today.

The only way to break the curse, is to buy another receiver.

Yeah, I actually might! Reading about what might be happening to swimmingpoolguy makes me want to contribute what I can to his defense and pick up a few more lowers just to slap it to the California Antigunners.

            It's true... they're evil.

You'll have to exorcise them by shooting 667 rounds of ammo through each on the first range trip.

              Ouch!!!

Sorry to tell you buddy, but you paid about $2 - $250 more than you should have!!!

Next time check www.falfiles.com and buy from there!

No need to pay more than $400 or so (plus shipping) for a receiver of any brand.

The price I paid shipped is for two (2) DSA Type-II's. Thanks to TonyNorcal for the heads up and to BigMac at Irvington Arms for working things out with DSA for me!
