    Nope.

    Flash suppressors diminish the flash seen by the shooter by tending to direct combustion products forward.

        Yeah, it hides the flash from the shooter but the judge was concern about it being hidden from the other not the shooter. Kind of a dumb observation/law to claim something that can't be done... Might be similar logic to our microstamp, I guess.
