    Off site gun storage

If I have to move a new home that does not have room to store my guns. Can I store them at a relative's house if they are locked in a safe and they do not have access?jie

    as long as
    1- you have permission
2- it is your CA approved features safe and you only know the code/combo
3- no relative is known to be prohibited-
you should be within CA and fed law
Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT

For number 2. Wouldn’t the safe owner need to know the code/combo if their firearms were in there?

        That's what he said.

        Wait, what? Whose firearms?

If a prohibited person has no access to firearms or ammo then no issues. Someone who knows please confirm this

The owner of the firearm is the only one who can access to the safe.

If the home has prohibited people, find a new home or storage solution
