I still buy and sell on gun broker weekly and have also noticed a decline.
But on the upside Ive also started all my sale auctions at $1 and the bidding wars have always gone over my reserve so people are using it and watching.
I noticed this alot as well during the original AWB.
People are hesitant about selling, and if they do its super high.

Still not as retarded as the classified of calguns but its getting interesting.

Ive had great luck selling things. 4 rifle this week actually.

I had rifle I tried to sell here and I was stiffed by idiots TWICE who said they would take it for $600.
          Full runaround, real PITA.

Put it on gun broker and it bid up to $875 in 5 day auction.

yea, for me Gunbroker or local gun shows in free America are the only way Id sell a firearm in this state.

In general not really interested in guns that much but I still like to shoot 22lr and 12g at the range. Kinda interested in shooting bolt guns like 308/3006.

I heard Google or Apple killed their app, so that's got to be a big drop in traffic/lost customers?

There are some good deals on gunbroker. Sometimes good police trade-ins come in through there. I saw a Remington 870 Police Magnum (not the Express Magnum) for $200 recently, almost jumped on that one but I don't like the controls on 870s.

Seen a lot of Gen 4 Glocks on there as well recently, but no point in me looking at that...

I have seen a lot of items that sell reasonably well when they do not have a minimum bid.

The re listing fee was probably designed to keep those that have a ridiculously high initial price and never get any bids and therefore keep listing forever.

If they list with no minimum bid and it's something in demand it will go at the current "market" price.

I have never used them but do they not get a cut of the sale? If so, It would make more sense to not charge just to list. At most maybe just suggest or reqire a price drop after a set amount of time listed. 10% maybe. But as long as the site has an option to sort by date as well, I see no reason not to just let people keep a gun on there for a long time. Not like it is taking up warehouse space. I have not posted anything on eBay for years but I remember there was no fees at all to post, they just got a cut when/if your item sold.

I bought an Astra 9000 on gunbroker a couple months back. The seller said it was non op due to a missing firing pin. I got it cheap. Firing pin was $45.00. Fitting took about 1.5 hours. The gun is worth $1,2000.00 as it's in great shape.

Gunbroker is an excellent place to buy guns IF you know the seller.
