Who needs gun's, when we have Batman gadgets?!?

Watch: SJPD exploring its inner Batman with BolaWrap restraint

Crappy Article from SJMN here, sorry for the ad's! https://www.mercurynews.com/2018/09/...rap-restraint/

I'm guessing the approach is towards non-lethal methods? Interesting article.

Just wait for it to garrote someone when it shoots high and wraps around the dude's neck.

By the 10th time this is employed and some urban areas , the word on the street will be out to get tangled up and then purposely fall down, flop around like a fish on the ground for a little bit so that it's on the officers vest camera and then sue the city for big bucks because your epileptic acting fit has now made you permanently unfit for work.

Look at one of the first comments from someone that calls these perps "victims":

"A full net is safer for their victims. These mafia killers will still claim someone's resisting or going for a gun with the hands loose. They are such through and efficient liars and killers."

Here the police are trying another non lethal method and these whining liberals are complaining about it. They don't want even a scratch on these dirt bags.

...only a matter of time before someone wraps that bolo around a person's neck...

Well, if they strangle them, they won't have to worry about the bail thing.

Imagine the head injuries that thing is going to cause from people slamming into pavement....

                So dumb lol.
Dumber than the hand held c02 fired bean bag launcher.
Just do an hk slap on the bolt while holding and aiming and a c02 cartrige fires a beanbag.
No sights would make it tough though.
