"Transfer" is part of the wording.
I thought there was a low limit exemption like if you were sharing at a range or similar, but did not find it.

Thanks. I noticed in your link they mentioned transferring more than 500rnds would require a permit/license. So less than 500 rounds every 30 days is ok without any special license or permit? That’s how I read it at leastComment
