    A CONTRACT SIG DIDNT WIN

US Department of Defence has published on their website a contract award announcement telling about a US Navy contract awarded to Trijicon for delivery of handgun reflex sights.

So these are going on Glocks or Sigs?
The liberal see's the glass as half full and tries to take more.
The conservative see's glass as half empty and tries to keep it that way.
I'm with the people on the side just pouring water in the glass trying to get a drink!

It sucks for other companies that doesn't have a chance to get the govt contract.

True but what other companies you think stand a chance?

That's a good question. Holosun maybe.
If govt is all about trying to get the cheapest contracts but yet they go to a company that is expensive for their optics.
So, is this company charging an arm and leg for their stuff cause of their govt contracts?
Not saying they are not good quality but it questions in my mind that they do cause of their govt clout

Hmm... I can't speak to that. I've read they make optics for other companies but they put their own branding.

I just threw that one out there.
My point is, you have to know someone in the military or do some back door deals to get hook ups like this. Bs politics and who knows what else.

My thing is, if it weren't for those govt contract clout, their optics would be cheaper IMO.

But I do admit they do have some clear *** glass [emoji3]
