Listening to a guy at the local gun store today (not the most reliable venue), he says that the ATF was harassed into leaving the Costa Mesa gun show this weekend and that several AR's were confiscated at Burro canyon. Can anyone verify either event happening?

I have personally taken AR's to Burro Canyon! I can tell you, they are OLL friendly! Second, I dont think I have ever seen LEO's "scouting" the area! Where did you hear this?? Turners West Covina?Need A Realtor in SoCal? Shoot me a PM. :cool: -
I have seen local PD cruising through Burro, but I always thought they were looking for known prior felon gangbangers shooting there, who are now "prohibited" persons.
Maybe the AR's were illegally configured? Hey thread crapper. I heard something that had a possibility of being true and if so, would be of interest and concern to myself and I would think others on this forum. I hope it turns out to be false, but if not, I want to know. As I'm sure many of the forum members attend both venues, someone may just have firsthand knowledge to confirm or deny the stories. So go back on your medication if you can't play nice.
