    Need a COAL (reloading)

Hello everyone. I recently bought some 38 caliber bullets from the local reloading store. They were 10 bucks for 100. They are 158 grain FMJ RN. Its a jacket of brass not copper and manufactured by Armscor.

I am having trouble fining a published COAL for this bullet profile. I have contacted the manufacturer on what COAL they use for their 357 Magnum and for their 38spl. But I wanted to get peoples thoughts.

The gun I intend to shoot these with is a Ruger gp100 6" . The powder I have on hand is Accurate#5 and titegroup. Id like to shoot around 1100 to 1200 fps.

I am hoping someone has some of this factory ammo on hand and a caliper.

This is the OAL for the shell. I was looking for a cartridge overall length Including the seated bullet in question. I should have been more clear.

The good news is a was able to get the info on the Armscor 158 grain FMJ RN 38 spl. The OAL I measured was to 1.523. With zero variation measuring 5 cartridges.

Same cant be said for the American eagle stuff which varied +_ .007
