Everyone and the Doj have no clue what's really going on. Everything is still to new so just have to wait awhile. Also At this point most of everyone is doing whatever you're doing and try focusing from not going to jail because it's the law. Doj wants to add and come up with things that haven't been on the list be4 and now they want to roll it out but have no clue how it's going to work or deal with. but at the same time they're applying the law on RAW. since they have no clue what's so ever... They put it this perspective to used. we're the law and they're the register with AW as the days goes well understand the meaning and will charge everyone with or without RAW even if their toys are complied or not.
Op do whatever you like but just keep it under the radar for SHTF and zombies
