Preventive maintenance for CZ75 and 1911?

I currently have a CZ75 P01 and a Colt series 80 1911 that both have several thousand flawless rounds through them. Other than cleaning after every range trip I have never done anything to them. Are there things I should be replacing as the round count rises? Thanks!

Recoil spring at about 3000-5000 rounds, I order at Wolff springs and keep spares in the bag.

I have an ultrasonic cleaner so once or twice a year the highly used weapons go in it.
