    BMG Semi

Has anyone here of know of anyone who had a Belt fed Semi transfered in Kalifornia recently. My brother in law will give / trade me his TNW reciever 50 BMG Semi. I can finish assembly here in So. Cal

Can it be DROS to a dealer here.?? Does the 10 rd rule apply to belt fed.??

I know it is crew served and not a rifle as specified in the Penal Code.

Can I register in via internet like other weapons brought in to Kalifornia?

    Anyone have any ideas.

    Thanks in Advance

      BMG Semi

I mean the Reciever is out of state and I have heard how you can register weapons with DOJ from family members via Internet for $20 per weapon.

I was wondering if it could be shipped to a FFL here and DROS to me or can I do Via Internet???

that only applies if your mother or father own the reciver, idk probably more legalities, than than. maybe they also have to be CA residents ? il let other people chime in. Just have him ship it to an FFL and pay.

it must be DROSed through a CA dealer. Otherwise you would be violating federal law, and CA law. There is no federal intrafamily exemption and the CA exemption only applies to grandparent, parent, child, or grandchild, not for siblings.

Now, it should be legal since it does not meet the definition of a 50BMG rifle, which is restricted. However, I did hear about a Calgunner getting raided by CADOJ and his M3HB was confiscated last month.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

            Semi BMG

Happy to do a DROS here.

Just wondering if it was legal.

What was the reason for the CalGunners M3 to be siezed. Don't want to make same mistake
