              The dude was wearing a shoulder holster and it looked to be a miami classic.

              Gun was a Sig 226 and he was not a LEO

                  Interesting.....legal to open carry with a shoulder holster?
                  I don't like to muzzle sweep folks walking down the street even if the gun was unloaded.....

                                  Very nice as I like to hear more stories of UOC... Did I ever mention I think we should be able to carry (oh yeah) and that they be loaded. People treat gun toting people better. If ALL toted we woudl live in a happy, safe place.

                                      Maybe it was a 'muzzle down' holster?

                                      That's what I would use, especially for a larger frame pistol.

                                          The OP said that it was a Miami Classic. The muzzle end on those would be horizontal.
