Couldn’t the cheek weld be a problem? Or did they rule that shouldering a brace doesn’t make it illegal? Our Laws are so confusing I honestly cannot remember.

At this point only a single shot easily; there was a time you could get a semi. The only you could get a semi now is through a PPT and it would have to be a fixed mag.

It's not a stock and not designed to be used as a stock. Its just a buffer tube.

Since it is a buffer tube and not a barrel like some nummy said you should be fine. It is not designed to shoulder the firearm. Damn poster 14 bea tme by couple minutes.
