What fixed front sight height would you recommend for a stock G19 if you're shooting 115-147gr 9mm and want POA/POI at 25yrds or less?
It's not possible to make a determination without actual live firing.
Each person holds a gun different and the gun moves different amounts when they shoot it.
So you have to shoot it, measure the correction needed on target, calculate the sight height difference and then change the sight height.

I had a similar issue when I put trijicon hd sights on my 19. I had to raise my poa slightly to account for a lower poi. I'd say just shoot it some more citadel and adjust accordingly. Is this a carry gun?

For a 2" p.o.i. correction on a Glock 19 at 7 yards range you need .047 sight correction according to the sight calculators http://www.sdmfabricating.com/sightcalc.html (6.02"sight radius and 252 inches to target)

One thing I had to get used to with Glocks was a center hold wherein the front sight dot represents the point of impact as opposed to the six o'clock hold I was used to.

"What we get away with isn't usually the same as what's good for us"
"An extended slide stop is the second most useless part you can put on a 1911"

"While Ruger DA revolvers may be built like a tank, they have the aesthetics of one also,
although I suppose there are a few tanks which I owe an apology to for that remark"

I have the Wilson Combat Vickers Tactical sights on three different Gen 4 Glocks, a 41, 35 and 23. All are POA/POI with the standard Glock hold, I bought them directly from WC as complete sets. I mainly shoot 165 g in the 40s and 230 or 200 in the 41 my reloads.

None of my six 9mm Glocks have the Vickers sights, but all wear aftermarket sights. 2-Trijicon HD’s, 2-Spartan Tactical, 1-Hacks and 1 AmeriGlo fiber optic. All are good to go POA/POI, I use only 124 g bullets for my 9mm reloads and 124+p or 147 for carry rounds. I never use 115 g bullets. The only time I’ve ever experienced problems with a Glock 9mm, either function or accuracy was with 115g bullets. I will not use them anymore, my feelings on Glock 9mm’s are stick with 124g or above and you will never have any problems with them.
Im a warmonger baby, I got blood in my eyes and I'm looking at you.
