Range Container?

Im looking for something I can throw my rifles into and various other gear that won't fit into my pistol bag. I have seen people modify a footlocker like container and it seemed to work well. Does anyone have a reccomendation that wont break the bank. Somethikng like the noveske deployment case, but not as expensive. Looking also along the lines of something like this

I was going to suggest a golf bag travel case, but those run in the $100-200 range. But it'll work.
