    A guy that lives a few blocks from me has the plate "H8 2MISS" with a frame that says something like "All A's" on the top and "IPSC" on the bottom.

      "M1LOVER" is currently available from the DMV. "12280A" somehow is not.

                      It is all at the DMV website, they have an online tool that will search for you and create a mock up image of the plate.

                      dmv.ca.gov I think.
                      If it was a snake, it would have bit me.
