If you're talking about the bottle caps those are pretty cool. Haven't used that brand but for 9.99 at Walmart you can get the big blast caps - same thing. Pro tip don't use a hand pump. Foot pump or electric tire pump and push em to 100psi.

Sad that i have to ask, but it's California legal right? I mean, tannerite isn't legal (right? ), and even though this thing is just air pressure it produces a similar effect?

Ya they're legal, it's just compressed air in a bottle there's no actual explosion like tannerite just a loud sound. If you have kids they really enhance the fun factor for them, keeps them entertained. They can be loud so if you want to shoot in the yard with airguns you'll want to have semi cool neighbors.
