Holster fit

I bought a holster for my MP9+TLR3 but it seems the holster leaves the trigger exposed. The space between the trigger guard and holster is wide enough that I can put my finger through and pull the trigger. My other holsters dont have any space around the trigger so this concerns me. Would you have a problem using the holster or am I over thinking it.

If it concerns you, it's Kydex, heat it up with a hair dryer and tighten it up.

That is normal. Don’t tighten it up. It needs to be like that or the light won’t fit in the holster.

It should not be a problem. Your draw should include a firm grip on the butt (no fp) and your trigger finger should be placed along the frame.

It should not be a problem but that type of thing bugs me too. It's unnecessary and sloppy work IMO. Cost is relevant though. I'd accept that from a $40 holster. I'd be pretty pissed if it was a $90 holster.

I'm not going to lie, I don't like it much. Then again I'm not a fan of weapon mounted lights so take it for what it's worth.

If that holster fitted close to the triggerguard, you would not be able to get the gun out of the holster with the light attached.

Try inserting your pistol with the light attached into one of your other holsters which covers the trigger better.
Let us know how that works out.

If the gap around the triggerguard is a deal killer for you, then you should not be running a light on your pistol.
Perhaps get a separate light and separate holster for just the light and learn a system for separate light/gun.
