    If you have to hammer the Round out of the chamber it is a Chamber issue . May have a rough patch . There are ways to have this fixed most likely you will need a gun smith to ream the chamber . Unless you can see a rough edge .

      Post pics of the brass- any strange scrapes, cuts or marks in the same area on them?

        Is it pistol gassed or carbine gassed?
        Post a picture showing the gas system length.

          One way I check ops on a AR . Place a spent shell in the chamber with a piece of painters tape over the primer let the bolt slam home . Pull trigger Use a air compressor with a rubber nozzle in the barrel . If the Bolt slides half way back . It will cycle . Now pull the round is the painters tape have a hole . Should fire .
          As always point firearm in safe direction and make sure the shell is spent/fired .
