      You mean those military grade long range sniper weapons? Those are the next demonized firearm. Look to a few "members" here saying how they'd approve "reasonable" restrictions on those, since no civilain needs to able to shoot anything that far away, seeing as its not an immediate threat to your own safety.

        Trump is nearly 3,000 miles away, and 70% of Californians consider him an immediate threat to their own safety (and sanity). With Trump at 1,000 yards probably 25% of leftists would shoot themselves just to avoid getting any closer.

                This is silly. At close-to-medium ranges, ARs and AKs are far more lethal than hunting rifles because effective rate of fire is far more important to lethality than caliber. Silly argument too because lethality is the ultimate point of a firearm, so why are second amendment supporters backing away from it.
