I almost impulse bought one when my distributor told me about them. Then I realized they make little sense so I cancelled the order.

They have one over at my local Ammo Bothers. Not a bad concept but I don't ever see myself getting one. From my understanding, you don't purchase the whole pistol, you send yours in and they mod it. They claim it looks like a cell phone in your pocket when folded; however, I find it to be closer to the size of putting a brick in your pocket as it does not come close to looking like a cell phone but that's just my opinion.

Perhaps they mean the old cell phones that looked and felt like bricks.

They are available as new factory guns. No need to send anything in.

So it’s like Mr. Bad guy can I just make a phone call to my wife and kids first before you kill me....sure why not one last thing before you die....then you flip the “phone” into action and bang! Is that how this is supposed to play out according to your cell phone lookalike theory? I think a gun that’s already in form is the way to go I’d love to hear anyone’s reasoning choosing this over a normal conceal carry?
