    NOT trying to steal a deal....

    If you are persuaded to do it yourself or go through Blue- read up on them, they all/each have thier claims to fame; I'm still debating trying duracoat. For me the ease of Alumahyde II (Not the 'regular") or gun kote have been litterally awsome.

    What $10-$15 for a can of alumahyde II or $25 for a can of gun kote, a nice day and ya' just go to town

    But I agree, wouldn't use anyof them on irreplacable firearms.

    2.)Why is it that if guns are sooooo unsafe that you're 9 times more likely to die at the hands of your doctor?

      well then I guess I'll just go the traditional anodized route..which brings me back to my original question. anyone know any gunsmith in the bay area with a AW permit?
