You obviously don't own a serious Magnum handgun........

Quit complaining and keep scrounging ammo like a good American.

You still have to locate components.

Thankfully I keep myself well stocked.

I haven't seen any stores that didn't have .22 in stock. Well, maybe Walmart, but the ones around here don't sell ammo, anyway.

A reloader once told me you really do not save any money reloading because tho the cost of the ammo is cheaper, you end up shooting a lot more than you did before reloading. The result is you end up spending either the same or more than you did when you bought it at a store.

My stockpile was purchased from 2005 to 2007. I haven't shot more than 2 or 3 boxes a year of factory ammo since 2007 when I started reloading.

I will say that I shot less this winter for several (mostly work related) reasons, but that lull sparked my interest in automotive pursuits again...a far worse disease.

That's a good point actually. I do look forward to blasting a large quantity of 12 cent .45acp reloads.

But hey, at least you have more fun right?

Yep, especially when you reload ammo during your Free Time.

ammo and jacked up rifle prices bum me out, I was just going to start my first build last year when it all started to go downhill, economy, lack of parts and now lack of ammo. luckily I got into 22lr conversion bolt and its been a blast, as long as the ammo keeps showing up im happy.
