YEAH Im with BigBamBoo on that one especially the one you can see the vapor trail on. Just as a wag using data for 300 Win Mag at 890 yards with a 180 gr at 2960 fps at the muzzle gives a bullet flight time of 1.3 sec. but what do I know....I have neither the inclination or the time to relieve people of the regional and ethnic handicaps that they inherited from their ancestors.

While this type of hunting imay not be considered "real" hunting in the traditional sense, I think it is a practical application of the long range rifles that some of us have set up. Seriously, shooting small groups is fun on paper, but it is even better to make those long shots on game.
In that sense, I declare that long range hunting is a different kind of "real hunting."Comment
