Can anyone suggest a shop that transfers ar15s in or around the eastbay/valley even southbay , looking to transfer my featureless build to my buddy and , I know some places are worried about what is considered featureless and would rather not deal with ar transfers

I don't think UG Imports' website shows any hours. Google shows one minute of open time on Wednesdays, but I'm not sure how they get that.
