Welcome aboard Kelly, as stated above I believe you can post any legal firearm sales in the marketplace here, no matter where you are in the United States.
Just be sure to make sure you or your FFL knows all the ins and outs when dealing with California restricted firearms laws.
Also we have members here from Georgia who might want to buy your firearms but you might get a few more dollars if the guns can be sent to California
but then you're also talking a few extra bucks in sending it and probably some of your firearms dealers FFL fees.Comment

I think he meant handgun section. This is the section. Just make sure to read all the rules when posting. And remember, most people enjoy seeing pictures.

California has a roster of handguns that can legally be sold here in this wonderful state. If the gun is not on the roster, it is illegal to ship into the state. The only way you would be able to sell it to someone in California is via Private Party Transfer, meaning you would have to be here to do the transaction.

Two issues...
Issue #1.
Because the handgun is not listed on the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale, a CA FFL dealer can only transfer it via exemption.
So, unless the buyer is a LEO, it can't be legally transferred.
Issue #2.
Because the handgun (Interdynamics KG-9) has a shroud and accepts detachable magazines outside of it's grip, it is considered an assault weapon.
Which makes it illegal to import, advertise for sale, transfer, and possess in CA.
Since the handgun is not make/model banned, it can be modified to be CA legal by making it into a semi-auto pistol with a fixed 10 round magazine.
^This can be done by welding a 10 round magazine into the magazine well.
Therefore...
The OP can weld a 10 round magazine into the magazine well and then be able to legally sell/transfer it to a CA LEO.sigpic
