Do you guys think if they ever do get it official, that you would still have to abide by the current states standard/laws/rules?

For example CA's 10round magazine capacity???

im not 100% certain, but, i do believe whenever you CCW into other states you're still bound by their carry laws - if i was to able to legally carry in CA with my NV carry permit i think i would still have to abide by CA's ten round laws

as far as National Carry we'll probably both be nursing facilities before that happens in CA

You'll notice that the law hasn't passed (hopefully yet).

Laws that have not passed both houses and have not been signed by the President don't have an "effective date".

Killed by the latest budget bill, it was done as part of the compromise to get the budget passed.

It's now in the "When Pigs Fly" and when "Hell Freezes Over" status. They don't have the balls in the Senate to pass it and may not even have enough republicans to pass it after the next election if they could get them all on board. Our Senate republicans are a bunch of weenies.

As stated above, the bill is likely dead.

On magazines, even if the law were to pass you would still have to abide by the law of the state you are in. So, no large capacity magazines.

This state will choose to ignore it just like it chooses to ignore federal immigration and marijuana law.

CA doesn't care what America does.
