1. Required in order to be CA legal.These are all hypothetical questions.
1. Building an 80% pistol steps? Is registering required? Which process seems correct.
A. Single shot 10 inch barrel, document pics, register through volreg, convert to semi
B. Same as above but convert then register
2. Ffls can’t tranfer pistol to anyone under 21, but 18+ legal to own. Is 18-20 years old legal to build?
3. Possibilities to put said pistol on a ccw?
A. May not longer be legal to covert to semi-auto.
