Tried to buy a complete PCC Lower - Fail

Out of state vendor wouldn't ship a complete lower to CA so I'm buying a stripped lower including the few proprietary PCC parts and building up at home. I wouldn't have been able to use the grip in any event and would have had to pin the stock. I don't blame the vendor given our nefarious laws. It's only going to get worse.
