The WSJ is kinda weird sometimes. Visit their facebook page link below and click on the article link and it should show you the full op-ed piece.

The link to the story on the FB page is the exact same link posted by the OP but doing it this way passes the referrer info (i.e. their own FB page) on so it "let's you in" and actually displays the article.
