ASR Brake|Does this count as a threaded barrel now?

With all this f***ery going on. I'm trying to see if an ASR Brake on my AR pistol now is still considered a threaded barrel?

Just trying to avoid any kickbacks from the reg process.

I seem to recall that the definition of “threaded barrel” has something to do with the ability to accept a suppressor. So the asr brake, even when pinned and welded, would still leave you with a “threaded barrel”.

            Doesn't matter.
You can't make a pistol featureless due to the magazine attaching outside of the grip.
You either have to BBRAW or go fixed mag.
In either case, the threaded barrel doesn't matter.
