At that point the 2A is lost nationally and everywhere starts looking like California. Sure there will be a few constitutional strongholds but they will eventually be infected from within. President Trump could get rid of all kinds of Executive Orders from past Presidents tomorrow that restrict gun rights.

With that attitude we will definitely lose. You have come to one truthful conclusion and that is we are on the wrong side of history right now. But I really haven't spoken to many people who truly believe in banning firearms.

in the past if you had a democrat controlled congress and a republican president it was almost impossible to get a real conservative on the supreme court. That is why we got Kennedy and other disappointments on the court. The left will NEVER let the balance of the court shift to the right. If we keep the house & senate we are looking pretty good.
I suspect the left considers the mid terms to be a all out war, If we do not mobilize and give money like never before they will win and trump will be lucky to get anything done or even keep his job.Never expect the dems to play fair.You can bet they already are lining up their ducks to get congress back and the fake news media will do all the can to help. Make sure you tell every illegal alien, criminal scum bag and homeless bum to go to California when you are out of state. It's a great place to live, the cops won't bother them to much(they can't), the state will give them more money than where they are and so will the generous Eloi. That's what I do.

Gun stores closing isn't a gun control issue. If the shop owners couldn't make a profit during record guns sales of the last 10 years, then they're just poor business people!

Can't speak to shooting ranges but in my areas we have the same number of clubs since I moved here 18 years ago. The one free public range we have SHOULD be shut down permanently because people use it as a dumping ground. They bring tv's, and other garbage to use as targets and leave them there!

Agree that no more on-line ammo sales sucks! And the ban on AR's sucks!
