    NRA statement

Let it be absolutely clear. The loss of a discount will neither scare nor distract one single NRA member from our mission to stand and defend the individual freedoms that have always made America the greatest nation in the world. #StandandFight #NRA

Lol, like I joined the NRA for a discount that really can be equaled without a membership. All they will accomplish its saying, don't go with us we don't want you. Ok, so I'll go somewhere else with my senior, auto club, Costco, or whatever other discount I can use with the other guy. I think this will have a huge effect, like 0%. Someday soon I hope gun owners will be marching. Another problem democrats have is immigrants. The Hispanic population has a lot of shooters, and this issue will be very important to them. I think once they get their citizenship, they really enjoy being able to go to the range or desert and shoot. I'm about a white as you can get, but i have many Hispanic friends that love to shoot. And the nice thing is they are family oriented, they will bring the wife and kids, we really have a lot of fun. Also, the best way to stop your children from being brainwashed by their teachers, take them shooting.

With all that's going on, I haven't re-upped on my membership but hearing all the uniformed complain and the unrelenting assault on our rights and NRA I've just renewed my membership with yearly renewals after that.

I'm going to fight with my wallet, and my vote. No more arguing with the anti's and the overwhelming amount of people who don't know the truth.
My rights aren't yours to vote away.

I am not a life member. I am a yearly member as of now to 2026. This last year i have contributed to the NRA, CRPA, and RNC more then I ever have before. When specific events occur I send in 50 or occasionally 100 dollars to continue to at least attempt to fight for what I believe. If you haven't before, now is a time to do so.

NRA member for a long time. Never used it for any discounts or perks. However, I will be using it for boycotts.

The more than five million law-abiding members of the National Rifle Association have enjoyed discounts and cost-saving programs from many American corporations that have partnered with the NRA to expand member benefits.

I never use my NRA discount.. that's not why I'm a Patron member..

My 13 year old son is a Life Member for reasons of liberty.. he wants the 2A around when he is my age.

The left are idiots if they think losing discounts will dissuade people from being NRA members.

                        Same here, it's not like you can "stack" discounts anyway.... 10% NRA + 10 AAA + 10% AOPA + 10% HOG + 10% Costco for 50% off.

                          From the article:

I'm a Lifetime / Benefactor NRA Member, and I didn't Join for Discounts
on Rentals, nor NRA gifts like their duffel bag or assorted Jackets etc...

So losing any of those doesn't mean anything to me, other than the
Undeserved Insult directed at me and my fellow NRA members,
which I will Remember for a Very Long Time, with my family and
friends $$$ being directed to companies that are not afraid to stand up
for everyone's Civil Rights, starting with the 1st.

This was a really stupid and unnecessary move by these businesses. I can't recall ever using these discounts but now I will go out of my way to avoid using these companies. Feckless business-people need to take it in the pants.
Lets see what insulting 5 million plus NRA members gets them.

I've been a life member for almost 20 years, and never realized there were businesses that gave NRA discounts. Now I see that some companies I use have taken a stand against me, so I'll take a stand against them. Idiots.
