              Pawn shops sell other peoples guns all the time with little to no paperwork- definitely not a POA. I wouldn’t assume here, but I’ve been told the state only really cares about the buyer not the seller. That being said, not sure I would want to be the one testing that.

              My wife owns a few guns and we were thinking about selling one, I was contemplating doing the transfer.
