    Shipping questions...

If I want to sell an AR lower to someone else in California, do I ship it directly to their FFL or do I take it to a FFL near me to take care of shipping?

    Thanks!

you can do it either way.some ffl`s take longuns/pistols shipped from non-ffl`s and some require that you have a ffl ship to them instead.

The law says that you are allowed to ship it to any FFL but some FFLs won't accept them unless it's shipped by another FFL. Check with the receiving FFL to see what his policy is.

Agreed. I have shipped long guns to FFL's myself, and I am not an FFL holder. Some accept shipments, some prefer not to. Legally, the law is on your side in shipping to an FFL yourself.
