Soldier Systems: X-Products report
James Malarkey, the CEO of X-Products, posted on social media that he believes firearm ownership is a privilege and that Federal laws so be changed so that all firearm owners must be licensed.
The firearm licenses would have different levels, all of which require different amounts/levels of training and more in depth Gov approval (psych exams, etc).
He also believes that non-exempt persons should be able to own large capacity magazines.
James Malarkey's wife, Amanda Razey-Marlarky, is also a supporter of Bloomberg's Everytown for Gun Safety.
X-Products makes large capacity magazines, the Can Cannon, and personal flamethrowers.
