So i got a question.... i got a loose pin that can slide out if you push on it
This is my first build, would it be ok to put jb weld or loctite on it to keep it in place or should i trash this one and start over with a new one?

Contact them. They are good to work with and may send you a replacement. Do you feel the whole was drilled incorrectly?

I drilled the hole it is an 80% frame

Just spoke with polymer80 support and they said its safe to use blue loctite �� glad to hear i dont need to buy a new frame

Buy an oversized pin is the correct answer. Actually, buy a kit with a whole bunch of different sized pins. They will come in handy for years to come.

I did use the correct pin, i probably took a bit more of the frame out than i needed to on accident

I am about to buy one of these and was wondering if you used an actual drill press or a hand drill?

I did it with a Dremel, hand drill, and razor blade. It's very straight forward. You can also use a set of end cutters if you feel like buying them. I was too lazy to go to the store.

Took me maybe an hour to Dremel the bits away and make it look niceish. I'm in the middle of putting the trigger and stuff in but I had to take a break because my back was hurting from being hunched over.

Who makes oversized pins and wouldn't you have to drill out the locking block?
