80% 1911 options

After having searched for many hours, I have found only 2 single shot/break action options for an 80% 1911, and both seem to be a travesty to the gun.

Anybody know of any other options? Only reason I'm even exploring this is because I got a stupid deal on an 80% 1911 TM Recon frame, and I don't plan on staying in CA forever, so it could be changed at a later date. Maybe pointless to build in CA, and I'm assuming that a pinned in place mag sled that loaded through the ejection port would not qualify it a single shot. Doesn't seem to be much interest in purchasing these either, probably due to difficulties of building in CA and the stupid laws.

If you plan on leaving CA, i would just leave it in 80% form for now, and build it after you move.

Yes, there are really hard to get ones - Pachmayr Dominator in .308 and 1911 SASS

I have a Clerke (what NRAMT sells) in .223 now. It actually comes with an ejector that fits through the magwell so there is no need to do anything special there.
