Yeah, because its not like Blocks did nothave serious stovepiping and trigger issues... Or the Beretta did not have "slide separation" issues... or the 1911 did not have drop and hammer follow issues.... Guns are mass produced mechanical devices, sometimes you get one that will have issues. You work with them until those issues go away, and you move along. it gives the armorers something to do besides clean thier machines.

I don't know crap about pistols but the underlying problem is more about the military's procurement process than about the pistol. It seems like every project has too many requirements, is too complex, and is expected to do way too much. For example, are today's sniper rifles that much better than Carlos Hathcock's .30-06?

I seem to recall several police departments having issues with their Gen 4 Glocks and some taking them out of service until Glock corrected the problems. But hey Glock Fanboi has never let the truth stop their blind allegiance.
