    People Shoot Gun 1st Time

    Please delete if dupe...

Came across this video on my Youtube feed. Pretty cool IMO! Does not slander and makes a fair opinion on firearms ownership. Your thoughts?

3:23 "Do you want to shoot more?" "Yes, absolutely!"
Haha another one hooked on the first shot!

    Glock face brass at 4:12.
    D'oh!

The instructor was patient. I believe anyone shooting for the first time, needs a trained competent person with them.

Interesting. Not sure who the lady in purple thinks should do the "vetting".
I tried not to stereotype but the kid in black was exactly how I thought he would be.

At least he can say "Ive fired a gun" before he says "I hate firearms" which most haters are!!

Being a new shooter and gun owner (couple of months), I want to see myself in that type of video. Its amusing seeing that recoil in that angle slow motion from someone firing for the first time...

THIS! And not just with them, but standing next to them to intervene in case they do something stupid. One common reaction for first time shooters is to pull the trigger, think, "Oh, cool!" and then bring the gun in to look at it while muzzle sweeping everyone to their sides. New shooters need constant reminder of safety.

I noticed a lot of young women are buying guns and going to ranges a lot more these days, I see them buying guns all the time, I saw a small framed woman buying a Glock 20 , I thought it was kind of unusual for her to pick the G20

For the life of me, I can't even remember the first time I shot a gun. But it was a cool video, older mature folks who shoot the first time.

Great video and as someone who never picked up a gun until he was 48, I can totally relate to their first experience.

                    Thanks for posting OP!

You know that lady in purple went out and bought a gun. However, she won’t tell her liberal friends.

A pansy before shooting a gun will be a pansy after shooting a gun.
Likewise, an anti-2A person will tolerate guns if they have fun shooting a gun, but will have no problems voting for gun control laws, because in their mind and heart, they are still anti-2A.

I would have liked to have seen each with their targets afterward and seen the grouping.
