Selling AR, WTF - so confused

This has most surely been covered before, but if anyone could point me in the right direction for information I'd appreciate it. I've searched forums for my answer but I'm left feeling like I'm chasing my tail. I'm aware of new laws in place, but confused as to how best to comply.

All I want to do is sell my AR. I have the Franklin Armory 10 round fixed mag. I don't see any (or very few) AR listings on For Sale listings. What is going on? Are FFLs hesitant to accommodate transfers? Has the market just bottomed out? Do I now just have an "Evil"-looking paperweight? Thanks for any info.

If you want to sell it quick make the lower stripped for easy sale and then sell the rest the parts. Much easier than dealing with your local gun store over the whole entire AR as one unit

AR's have never been cheaper, there is almost no point to selling one unless you are desperate for money. You won't get even half of what you put into it. You can buy a new one of good quality for $400, even less if you shop around and piece it together. Complete uppers can be had for under $200. I think that's why you don't see many for sale in the marketplace
