Anyone have a problem with notifications via email and pop up not working?

I had 3 PMs I did not know about from around noon today, did not receive emails or pop ups on the first one while I was on the forum during that time.

I sent myself a test PM just a few minutes ago, no email and no pop up while navigating.

Confirmed notices are on as they have been for that few years.

Anyone else?

If this is posted somewhere else, sorry, didnt see anything in announcements.

Looks like someone plugged the mail server back. All notifications per email came in within a couple minutes

I've had the same for about a week, probably more. I get emails about new replies to threads but none for PM and no pop up. I haven't had a PM in several days so no idea if it's working now.
