Possible. The sights are what made me suspect cardboard...

One of the Youtube viewers sent me a link to a video of him building a 1911 rubber band gun out of cardboard. Some of the aspects in the picture above look very similar to something he was making before.

Definitely a non-gun used by Hollywood. They are used for safety reasons that their is no chance for it to go off and cause damage/hurt someone.

I'm pretty sure it's suppose to be a Sig 226 or 228. Look at the full length slide serations and the internal extractor. Plus is has grips so that would eliminate any Glock. No rail so it's a older non R model, you can also see the take down lever pin on the right side.

Best guess it looks like a scene from the old Keanu movie Point Blank.
