I see people selling ARs in the long gun section. Is it still possible to buy a used AR in CA sold before CA ban with features.

Thermidorian Reaction . . Prepare for it.We know they are lying, they know they are lying, they know we know they are lying, we know they know we know they are lying, but they are still lying. ~ Solzhenitsyn -
Yes. Isn't that remarkable... they have been trying to get AR15/AK47s off the shelves of gun stores in CA for almost 25 years and yet there they are. Sure they are crippled, but that scary pistol grip, telescoping stock, flash hider, and of course that "thing that goes up" are all still there in the fixed magazine ARs and AKs. We can still drop magazines with featureless builds that have a fixed stock (most still look the same), a pistol grip wrapped with a $.25 sheet of kydex, and a muzzle break that probably looks scarier than the flash hider it replaced. It does appear, however, that they have been successful in removing "that thing that goes up" from Americas most popular rifle.

Let me ask you OP...
Those rifles you saw for sale....are they all featureless or fixed mag ??
So...why would you think a non-transferable RAW would be allowed to be sold by someone ??
