Manufacturing Ammunition

Thanks for all the replies and feedback, I wasn't really looking to make a killing on this or anything I was more trying to pick up a few dillion 1050s and sell ammo part time, I figured with the tax break and start up cost write off It would potentially be worth to do part time since I shoot and reload a lot already.
I was just trying to budget if selling some ammo on the side here and there to support my habits
. So what I have gathered so far is...
1. Put in for LLC ($75)
2. Apply for FFL 06 ($30)
3. Get cleared or permit from Fire Marshal.
4. Contact city for zone approval for garage. (don't exactly know who... i've played phone tag with county in several departments).
5. Once FFL 06 comes back approved apply for license in california to distribute munitions (new 2018 license). (? haven't seen pricing on this)
6. Purchase liability coverage on my home owners policy to sell munitions. (~$2500)
7. ITARS if go automation (~$2300)
If anyone knows anything else on the process let me know
trying to figure out if selling part time would eventually pay off
