      They should be referred to separately. Unlike a AR type, when you remove the bolt and carrier from a SKS they fall apart from each other.

      In the AR the bolt is contained inside the carrier, and retained by the cam pin. When the "asembly" is removed from the rifle all the parts stay together until the pins are removed.

                The cosmoline does stick some of these firing pins,,,,
