    Online ammo purchase: Proposition 63

    Hello,
I would like to ask which FFL has the best rate for ammo shipment in North San Jose? Apparently, ammo cannot be shipped to your place now. What are the procedures concerning online ammo purchase at this point?

I just realize this is how CA can collect more taxes, and businesses get a dip in the sale. T_T

not at all. Not at all.

This is about increasing inconvenience. The more inconvenient it is to be a gun owner, via harassment, closing shooting areas, making it expensive to transfer and even own a firearm, the less will do it, and they know it.

Eventually all the way to zero ownership.

This has nothing to do about money, and everything to do with harassment.

The funny thing is that legally in California we are supposed to pay sales tax on anything we buy, on line or not. Nobody does that, but it is required by the state.

They took the first step by making any company that had a brick and mortar location in the state to collect sales tax. And they will go after people if it gets reported to them. But the bottom line is they simply do not have the manpower to track and collect every single out of state transaction. But they would if they could!!
