    ammo sales

    i was told since i have a ccr 023 license, i will still be able to purchase ammo for my old girls. i would have to submit copies of my license etc. just like for purchasing a weapon. any truth to this .... what is the exact law..

    Anyone can look around and see the damage to the state and country inflicted by bad politicians.

    A vote is clearly much more dangerous than a gun.

    Why advocate restrictions on one right (voting) without comparable restrictions on another (self defense) (or, why not say 'Be a U.S. citizen' as the requirement for CCW)?

      There is no exception mentioned in the law for a "ccr 023 license". I guess you are out of luck.

          I believe the OP meant C&R license or more formally known and the FFL 03.

          Those with an FFL 03 and a COE (Certificate of Eligibility issued by the state of CA) can still have ammo shipped to their home address. It is a matter if the vendor is willing to do so, some are and some are not.

          Of course, I could be wrong and there is actually a CCR license that I know nothing about.
